It is situated in the Victorian St Paul's Church , Mansfield Road, Derby,
DE1 3RT, on the edge of the attractive Chester Green in a Conservation Area.
 
Explore 2000 years of Chester Green's rich history:-
  • Roman occupation
  • Model of Saxon cemetery
  • Industrial Heritage
  • Local life in peace and war
  • Family history and local census records together with details of people named on the Church WW1 memorial are available for research.
Opening times: The First Sunday afternoon in the month from April to the end of October-2 to 4pm. Admission is free with donations for running costs being greatly appreciated.-NB During 2018-due to Church Roof repairs the Centre will be closed

At other times our volunteers will be happy to arrange for your Group to visit the Centre and/or have a guided walk around the area.
